There’s no doubt that the Norwegian Arctic offers some of the most breathtaking sceneries on Earth: dramatic cliffs, towering mountains, deep fjords, northern lights, ice and snow…
This is a private tour that can be done at daytime for landscapes or night time for auroras (or both) and is intended for who’s passionate about photography and wants to be taken extra care about this aspect: depending on weather conditions we will visit different spots in order to get pictures with different backgrounds and different light, you will learn tricks and tips in the field and if desired a brief post production lesson on Adobe Lightroom. Snow rackets (snowshoes) and ice cleats available when needed to reach secluded locations are included, as well as thermal suits, headlamps, hand warmers and professional tripods. With several years of experience in guiding tours in Tromsø, Kvaløya, Senja and Lyngen Alps region, your guide knows all the most photogenic spots like the back of his hands and will make sure to have you bringing home the best shots from your Arctic dream trip!

Landscape Photography is an art that requires time. When joining a regular sightseeing tour, you will not have enough time to find the perfect composition for your pictures, play with filters, wait for the best light to come… That’s why a tour specifically intended for photographers is your best choice! You don’t need to be a professional to book your private photography guide, amateurs are more than welcome. Nobody was born holding a camera, but everyone can improve their skills!
You can fully customise your photo tour as you wish, or ask for suggestions and let Arctic Photo Guide plan the trip for you. Upon request and availability, the best areas of Troms region will be our playground for either stunning daytime photography of the soft Arctic light or to catch your best Northern Lights shots!

If you are travelling with your family along, they are very welcome to join us, kids as well. The tour will be tailored to suit your needs and give everyone a good time!

Using a 4x4 as mean of transportation, this tour is not suitable for people with any injury, sickness, movement disability, wheelchairs, walkers etc
